History of Agile
Agile Mfg., Inc. was formed in 2001 when CTB consolidated its Anderson, Missouri-based Sibley Industries acquisition and its Springdale, Arkansas-based Roxell U.S.A. operation into a single company operating out of the Anderson facility. Agile began selling ROXELL® feeding and drinking systems at that time. After CTB acquired assets of Shenandoah Manufacturing Co. in 2002, the production of SHENANDOAH® nests and brooders was also consolidated into the Agile facility.
In 2002, Agile introduced the PROTERRA® line of poultry ventilation systems. During 2007, Sibley brooders were incorporated into the Shenandoah line. Agile then introduced a line of AGRO LOGIC® controls and scales in 2008.
These are the four key brands and their associated products that Agile promotes today:

- Shenandoah® Nests, Heating Systems and Incinerators
